All-Russian Mental Health Awareness Program for University Students

The All-Russian Mental Health Awareness Program for University Students was launched in December 2020. The Program is aimed at raising awareness on mental health among medical and non-medical students of the Russian universities via presentation of modern approaches to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental and behavioral disorders. It serves also for developing networks and cooperation in mental health field between universities and improving attitudes to mental health.

The I All-Russian online Conference "Mental Health Care for Children, Adolescents and Youth" will be held on March 11, 2021 at 11.00 (Moscow time) on the Union for Mental Health youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp7gclHvgmu_u5cCXv1VCCA The conference is aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues among students studying in the specialties: "psychology", "pedagogy and psychology", and "clinical psychology".

The Conference is organized by the Union for Mental Health in cooperation with the Moscow State Psychological & Pedagogical University (Moscow), the Syberian  Federal University (Krasnoyarsk), and the Kursk State Medical University (Kursk).

The keynote reports will be presented by: David M. Clark, CBE, FBA, FMedSci FAcSS, NHS England’s Clinical and Informatics Advisor for IAPT, Professor of Experimental Psychology University of Oxford (UK) and Alla Kholmogorova, Doctor of Psychology, Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Counseling and Clinical Psychology of Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University (Russia).
